bound. The new bridge has sidewalks on both
sides. Parking is available on both sides
of the river. The sidewalks provide excellent
opportunies for viewing and photographing
trains on both sides of the river.

safe if you are very careful. Do not linger on the

you if you get the picture then leave. It is not safe
to stay on this bridge for long periods of time.
Do not attempt to use the east side of the bridge
for photos. If you do, you risk serious personal
injury and being Ticketed for Obstructing Traffic.
