The Port Colborne Harbour Railway is a switching operation serving industries located along the west side of the Welland Canal on trackage formerly owned by Canadian National. It has trackage rights on CP's Brookfield Siding (to allow access to CN's Stamford Sub) and the combined CN/CP Welland Industrial Spur. It currently serves customers in Port Colborne, Welland, Thorold, Merritton and St. Catharines.
